Car Window

This series of me in my car, narrates how difficult I would find it to get out of my car after driving to a destination. I would sit in shopping car parks unable to face the crowds. When I did attempt to leave the car and enter shops, my anxiety was unbearable, I would feel sick and have palpitations. I take medication and have therapy to be able to overcome these barriers.

This image shows how I am always looking over my shoulder and have the feeling of being followed and watched
Checking my mirrors, wondering if the car parked behind me has a surveillance camera
